We hope this message finds you well. At Stunt Contact | Weekly, we stand in unwavering solidarity with our esteemed SAG-AFTRA Union Stunt Professionals during this pivotal time. We understand the significance of your efforts in securing a modern contract, and we want you to know that we wholeheartedly support your cause.
In light of the ongoing SAG-AFTRA strike, we recognize the importance of the following decisions regarding our subsequent issues:
We will continue to expand and update our "In Development" section, providing valuable information to potential department heads. This will allow Stunt Coordinators to prepare for future outreach once a resolution has been reached, supporting the growth of the industry while negotiations are ongoing.
Stunt Contact | Weekly will not be updating projects with imminent release, projects that were active in production, entering production, or those actively preparing for production in our upcoming publications. This decision is a demonstration of our commitment to your cause and your well-deserved pursuit of equitable working conditions.
We will be taking this time to refine our operations, process member feedback, and implement new features. Our goal is to ensure that once the strike is resolved, you can hit the ground running with improved resources and services.
Stunt Contact has stood with our SAG colleagues for almost 30 years and we intend to stand with you for another 30. We are committed to fostering a fair and thriving environment for all industry professionals.
